How to FTP
FTP (file transfer protocol) is a means to access files that you can download from a server on the internet. We support both Mac and PC platforms. When our clients need information fast, we recommend using our FTP server to transfer files from the client to us.

Click here to upload a file to our FTP server. Your customer service representative/project manager will be notified automatically once a file has been successfully uploaded.

Please note: File sizes greater than 10MB should be compressed prior to uploading.

E-mailing files is not a reliable method of transferring files as they may become corrupt and often never reach their destination due to file size limits set by servers.
